Stepping Outside the Box with Virtual Reality – Part II

A while ago I started extensive research on VR topic. You might have seen the first part of my work, and now I am ready to share the second part with my readers.

Virtual Reality caught my attention when a new type of VR headsets was launched and saw that people were reacting positively in the online communities. The advantages of using VR were mentioned in my previous infographic, but I’m always trying to see things from both perspectives – good and bad. Like any other technology, there have to be some risks or concerns for the users.

In the infographic below you can find a list of the most reported adverse effects of using Virtual Reality devices, as well as peoples’ concerns about the usage. Furthermore, I stepped outside the box and tried to identify which industries are most likely to implement Virtual Reality technology, and, of course, gaming is on top of the list. However, many more see in it as a way to change the game on their markets.
